At UK Biolabs, we strive to ensure the highest quality for our pharmaceutical-grade products. If you encounter any issues with your order, please email us and we will happily refund you.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we generally cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, tamper-evident packaging.
Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and laboratory products, certain items may be exempt from being returned if the seal is broken, unless the product is proven to be defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
